Ulmarra Public School's vision to is to provide a safe and supportive environment where the whole school community is focused on enhancing student outcomes and maintaining a culture of high expectations. Through our teaching practice we aim to challenge all students appropriately and expect that all students demonstrate academic growth, leading to high levels of student engagement and improvements in achievement. Statement of Philosophy

Ulmarra Public School is a small school situated 12kms north of Grafton in an historic river port village. We enjoy the support of an active and committed P&C committee and have established relationships with the wider community at Ulmarra, including local businesses, Rathgar Aged Care Home, Rural Fire Service, RSL and local police. We are also a proud member of the Clarence Valley Community of Small Schools which provides our students with additional sporting, cultural and educational opportunities.

Ulmarra Public School is situated on Yaegl Country, and we acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respects to elders past, present, and emerging, and recognise their enduring connection to this country. Our philosophy is grounded in respect, equity, and cultural awareness, fostering a sense of belonging and pride in our local heritage.
